Some Ideas: replacing light bulbs, seals around doors or windows, Hang pictures or shelves, small wall hole repairs, clean out gutters, entry or back door installation, replacing door handles or locks, hanging blinds or curtains, hanging lighting fixtures and ceiling fans... $85/hr Client have supplies on hand (doors, handles, locks, fixtures, fans, shelves, blinds, curtains, hardware.. etc)
